Shipping, exchanges and returns
Orders are processed and shipped within two work days. A valid shipping address must be provided when confirming your purchases and a person must be present at the said address to receive the goods. Once the items are shipped, liability is transferred to the customer. Les Collections SHAN inc. and its subsidiaries are not responsible for delays, damages and costs related to the delivery or to the carrier. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and on legal holidays. Shipping fees do not include tax.

We strive to offer our customers high quality products and the best online shopping experience at shan.ca. We do our best to update our inventory. Unfortunately, a product may be out of stock as your order is processed. We also strive to show the products’ colors and shades in the most accurate way. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors will be perfectly accurate at reception.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope that you love the items you ordered. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange and return them according to these instructions:
All sales are final on marked down items. They are neither refundable nor returnable. As for regular priced items, you may return them in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) with all labels in place within 14 days after receiving your order.
To exchange an item, please complete the exchange and return form provided with your order and indicate your contact information, your order number, the style, color and size of the item you wish to return and the reason for your exchange. You must return the item you wish to exchange) by following the instructions below (item will be reimbursed with two business days upon receipt) and place a new order for the exchanged item. For free shipping, use the promotional code provided on the exchange form.
To return an item, please complete the exchange and return form provided with your order and indicate your contact information, your order number, the style, color and size of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Take note that the refund will be made through the payment method used at the moment of the purchase. Reimbursement will be issued within two business days upon receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that the return costs are at your expense and that the consignment remains under your responsibility in case of loss by the postal services.
Items purchased online cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded in a SHAN store. Items purchased in a SHAN store can only be exchanged in a SHAN store. Under no circumstances it is possible to refund an item bought in store.
