Shipping, Returns & Promotions
Standard orders are normally processed between 1-3 business days and shipped according to the following criteria’s; Orders placed Monday- Friday before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding holidays). If placed after this deadline, the order will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out on the following Monday. Occasionally our shipping processing may be longer, some items may be backorder and need to be transferred between our facilities. In the event of a shipping delay you will be informed with the first 24 hours of placing the order. A valid shipping address must be provided when confirming your purchase and a person must be present at the said address to receive the good. Once the items are shipped, liability is transferred to the customer (extra delays, costs or anyother events uncontrolled by Les Collections SHAN inc) . Les Collections SHAN inc. and its subsidiaries are not responsible for delays, damages, loss and costs related to the delivery or to the carrier. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays nor on legal holidays. Shipping fees do not include tax. In store pick-ups
In store pickups can be ready between 1 and 7 working days according to the availability of the item(s). An email confirmation will be sent shortly after the order is received to confirm the delay. At pickup you must present your order confirmation and a piece of identification. If the order is picked-up by someone else, customer service must be notified at firstname.lastname@example.org. No refund can be made directly in store. See in store return policy below.
We hope you love the items you’ve ordered. However, if you are not satisfied, you may exchange and return them by following these instructions: All sales are final on marked down items. They are neither refundable nor returnable. As for regular priced items, you may return them in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) with all labels in place within 14 days of receiving your order.
EXCHANGES: To exchange an item, please complete the exchange and return form provided with your order by indicating your contact information, your order number, the style, color and size of the item you wish to return and the reason for your exchange. Each item will be reimbursed within two business days upon receipt. You must return the item you wish to exchange by following these instructions; To exchange, one must place a new order with the desired new item. For free shipping, use the promotional code provided on the exchange form. Or by visiting one of our locations, with the invoice received with your order:The new item will be billed directly in store. Please note that the refund of the exchanged item will be made in the same way as the initial payment within two business days once the returned item is received at the head office (maximum 14 days).
RETURNS: To return an item, please complete the form provided with your order and indicate your contact information, your order number, the style, color and size of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. Please note that the shipping return costs are at your expense and that the consignment remains under your responsibility. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items purchased online can also be returned in a SHAN store with the invoice received with your order. Take note that the refund will be made through the payment method used at the moment of the purchase. Reimbursement will be issued within two business days upon receipt at head office (max delay of 14 days). Under no circumstances is it possible to refund an online purchase directly in stores. Items purchased in a SHAN store can only be exchanged in a SHAN store. Under no circumstances it is possible to refund an item bought in an other store.
