Retail Supervisor

 

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for activities related to sales, marketing, customer service, and human resources management of the SHAN network of stores and franchises.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and train sales consultants.
  • Contribute to the management of schedules and internal policies.
  • Promote products to the sales force and network clientele.
  • Contribute to maintaining a work environment focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets and optimizing the customer experience.
  • Manage and plan purchases and inventory movements between stores.
  • Ensure healthy management of employees, stock, and operations.
  • Maintain visual presentation standards of the stores.
  • Establish the sales strategy and promotional and marketing activities for the network of stores.
  • Authorize and process merchandise returns.
  • Provide answers and solutions to store and franchise questions.
  • Perform other tasks related to sales and customer service that may arise in the course of your duties.

 

Profile:

 

  • Passionate about retail sales.
  • College or university education in a discipline related to the position.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in the retail, fashion, or beauty industry.
  • Bilingualism essential – excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Dynamic, passionate about sales and fashion.
